  1. The AIAC means Assorted International Assistance Centre having its Regd. Off. & Head Quarter at Bolangir, PIN-767002, Odisha, India. Registered under the Charitable Trust act. Registration No.38/2006.   1. The Applicant means one person who has applied to participate in the programmes Triple Development Package after going the applicant will be as AIAC associate.
  1. The Triple Development Package provides RDS (Reimburse Digital Support), EAF (Emergency Assistance Fund), NRCF(Non-Refundable Charity Fund), and Admin. Fund (Administrative) making multi professional and opportunity of lucrative income in a short period.
  1. Any candidate is required to apply in the organization’s printed application form complete in all respects in block letters.
  1. The applicant has to purchase a Reimburse Digital-cum-non-Banking Account of Rs.750/- or they may buy some needy things of a fixed amount from our authorised Companies/Dealerships/Retailers only for the Health Checkup and Reimburse Digital-cum-Non-Banking Account Book & other services. Even if possible they may market/transaction with us  of minimum Rs.3000 to maximum Rs.7500 per month for increasing LPV Instead of outside. But it is not compulsory.
  1. The AIAC associates may also commence his/her development activities i.e. purchasing any authorised products for two LPV (Level Point Value) after getting the formal enrolment for own seniority.
  1. On fulfilment of certain targets the AIAC associate will be entitled to get multi other financial benefits as may be declared by the organization from time to time.
  2. The organization may also inform the AIAC’s as regards the other benefits to be extended by the organization through circulars, letters etc. from time to time. But here some associates have to donate more Rs.200/- in rear cesses if needy.
  1. There is no age limit for applicants to be an enrolment.
  1. Any change of address should be intimated to the organization immediately under Reg.post positively. Even contact numbers must be confirmed. An associate may open a RD Account again & again for the benefit of other associates with their own self.
  1. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any application for enrolment without assigning any reason there of conditions of the application for enrolment from without prior intimation to the applicant AIAC associate.
  1. In complete admission form in any respect and without requisite fee will be felt that the change/modification could best serve the interest associate and the potential employers.
  1. Any type of financial assistance will not be issued if balance is below then Rs.608/-
  2. Any applicant has to apply by ELECTRONIC CLEARING SYSTEM (E.C.S) form for financial assistance to get, otherwise they will be rejected.
  1. it is not bound to contribute any type of assistance, if argument be arising of associate besides Rs.608/-e. till normal mode 2nd level.
  1. The decision/interpretation of the organization in all other matters will be binding and final. Even all mistakes may be correction of present between page numbers 1 to 32
  2. The “application of enrolment” can’t subsequently be withdrawn.
  3. All communication will be made by the organization at the address furnished in the application form by the applicant.
  4. No anybody would demand to Triple Development Package’s Margin Fund (TDPMF) besides Chief Functionary of Trust AIAC
  1. We declared that this AIAC charitable trust’s Multi Bread Sector will called by the name Assorted-assistance Non-Bank (ANB) there will be no any type of banking works besides TRIPLE DEVELOPMENT PACKAGE (TDP) assistance against off a step towards eradication of unemployment and economic problem.
  1. The name of the first associate must match with the PAN card submitted along with the form. In case of any small difference in the name the documentary evidence is off or a letter signed by the associate must be attached with ASSOCIATE ENROLMENT FORM (AEF). The photo copy of PAN card or any other document submitted to avoid confusion. Please note that such proof will only be accepted in English languages. All associates will eventually start earning RME and emergency assistance of zero interest from the trust. In this case please ensure that the first associate's name matches with their name on the Reimburse Digital-cum-non-Banking Account Book. If PAN is not submitted with the AEF then please submit a copy of your PAN before TDP’s Gamma Cycle first level.
  1. Nobody can demand for any assistance until credible of all assistance.
  2. Normal Assistance, Super Assistance & Growth Super assistance it may be quickly completed or late. Its levels only depend on marketing /transaction of enrolment associates & depend upon the authorised products utilisation of the people and donatives associates. Our Trust/AIAC will not respond without TDP growth.                           
  1. All disputes relating to this Triple Development Package (TDP) subject to jurisdiction of court where Regd. Office is situated.
